In western Sderot, the Music Neighborhood is taking shape – an innovative rural-style neighborhood offering residents an exceptional quality of life, adjacent to the city’s railway station.
Commissioned by the Sderot Economic Development Company, the project includes development and infrastructure works, paving, electrical, lighting and the construction of Hagvura Park – a sprawling green space spanning approximately 50 dunams that will serve as the neighborhood’s central green lung.
The neighborhood comprises 488 residential units, 196 of which are self-build plots, and is characterized by meticulous planning, well-maintained public spaces and modern infrastructure – a symbol of the new Sderot’s growth.
