Red Line Light Rail, Petah Tikva (Jabotinsky Street)

As part of the general agreement tender for the Red Line Light Rail, underground infrastructure, electrical and lighting works were carried out along the rail route in Petah Tikva and Bat Yam.

Be’er Sheva River Park Lake

As part of the flagship project of the Be’er Sheva Economic Development Company, works are underway to construct a lake and sprawling park at the heart of Be’er Sheva River Park

Ben Gurion Airport – Infrastructure & Development

As part of the Ben Gurion Airport project (“Natbag 2000”) for the Israel Airports Authority, extensive paving, bridge, internal road systems, underground infrastructure, electrical and landscaping works were carried out to international standards.

Technion Bridge, Haifa

Constructed for the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, this pedestrian bridge project involved structural, lighting, development and infrastructure works to the highest engineering and architectural standards.

Highway 6 – Cross-Israel Highway

As part of the Highway 6 construction works, earthworks, paving, bridging and underground infrastructure were carried out across extensive sections along the route, in multiple execution phases.

Grade Separation Navot–Gidona, Highway 71

As part of the Valley Railway project, paving works and the construction of three concrete bridges were carried out to create grade separations along Highway 71.

Rehabilitation of Charles Clore Promenade, Tel Aviv

As part of a project commissioned by the Tel Aviv Development Fund, development, landscaping, lighting, water reservoir and irrigation infrastructure works were carried out to establish a new seafront promenade.

Sharon Bridge, Netanya

Commissioned by the Netanya Economic Company, this steel bridge project included retaining walls, development, paving, electrical, landscaping and irrigation works.

Em HaMoshavot Bridge, Petah Tikva

As part of a significant infrastructure project, construction works were carried out for a pedestrian and cyclist bridge over Highway 4, adjacent to the Em HaMoshavot interchange.

Kfar Chabad Grade Separation

As part of grade separation project No. 202, a vehicular bridge was constructed over the railway line adjacent to Kfar Chabad.

Steel Bridges – Nofim Neighborhood, Modi’in

Commissioned by the Modi’in Economic Development Company, two steel bridges were constructed over Roads 180 and 200 as part of the Nofim Sim neighborhood development.

Nili Tunnels

As part of a national infrastructure project, a pair of tunnels approximately 400 meters each were constructed as part of a regional transportation upgrade.

Don Golf Caesarea – Designed by Pete Dye

The club boasts two distinctive golf courses designed by legendary American architect Pete Dye, one of the most influential names in golf worldwide.

Dead Sea Evaporation Ponds

The Dead Sea potash ponds form part of the Dead Sea Works production complex, used for potash extraction through a natural evaporation process.

Komemiyut Railway Line, Bat Yam

As part of a project for Israel Railways, excavation and clearance of approximately 150,000 cubic meters of soil and recycling of approximately 100,000 cubic meters of waste were carried out along the route.

Third Railway Track – Ayalon Corridor

As part of a project for Israel Railways, a complex engineering undertaking was carried out to construct a third railway track along the Ayalon Corridor, involving the excavation of approximately 40,000 cubic meters within the Ayalon River in just three months.

Purple Line Light Rail – Namir Road, Section PLW 1-1

As part of a project for NETA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System, infrastructure, paving and development works were carried out as part of the Purple Line implementation along Namir Road in Tel Aviv.

Purple Line Light Rail – Ben Yehuda Street, Sections 5-6

As part of a project for NETA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System, infrastructure, electrical, communications and lighting works were carried out as part of the Purple Line implementation in Tel Aviv.

Red Line – Bat Yam-Jaffa (Jerusalem Boulevard)

As part of a project for NETA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System, development and paving works are being carried out outside the Red Line rail corridor along Jerusalem Boulevard in Tel Aviv, covering a 1.8 km section between Gibborim Junction and Ehrlich Junction.

HaHagana Railway Station, Tel Aviv

As part of a project for Israel Railways, excavation and drilling works of approximately 50,000 cubic meters of soil, backfilling of approximately 40,000 cubic meters, and the installation of infrastructure and advanced operational systems were carried out.

Yoseftal Railway Line, Bat Yam

As part of a project for Israel Railways, excavation works of approximately 60,000 cubic meters and construction of a station skeleton involving approximately 6,000 cubic meters of concrete were carried out.

Moshe Dayan Railway Station, Rishon LeZion

As part of a project for Israel Railways, excavation and clearance of approximately 120,000 cubic meters of soil and construction of a parking facility involving approximately 100,000 cubic meters were carried out.

Sha’ar Holon Railway Station

As part of a project for Israel Railways, infrastructure and construction works were carried out for Sha’ar Holon Railway Station as part of the railway line development program.

As part of a project for NETA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System, infrastructure, paving and development works were carried out as part of the Purple Line implementation in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Ramat Gan National Park – Israel’s Largest Musical Fountain

As part of a project for the Ramat Gan National Park Development Company, development, construction and infrastructure reinforcement works were carried out for a “dry floor” musical fountain at the center of the National Park.

Sela’it – Infrastructure & Development Project

A NIS 30 million infrastructure project involving excavation of approximately 120,000 cubic meters, crushing and backfilling of approximately 80,000 cubic meters, and construction of gravity walls spanning approximately 20,000 cubic meters.

Weizmann Institute of Science – Infrastructure & Development Works

As part of extensive development works across the Weizmann Institute of Science campus, a broad range of infrastructure and systems works were carried out

Sirkin Camp – Nof Yarkon

A large-scale infrastructure and development project for the Nof Yarkon – Sirkin Camp complex, encompassing extensive earthworks, drainage, sewage, water, electrical, lighting, landscaping and paving works.

Teva – Phase 1, Shoham Industrial Zone

As part of a project for Teva Pharmaceuticals, excavation, infrastructure and systems works were carried out across the Shoham Industrial Zone.

Sammy Ofer Stadium, Haifa

The cornerstone of Sammy Ofer Stadium was laid in June 2010, marking the beginning of a revolution in Israeli sports facilities.

Jaffa Slope

As part of a project for Ezra VeBitaron Ltd. – a concrete seafront promenade was constructed as part of the rehabilitation and development of the southern coastal strip of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Five Bridges and Acoustic Wall, Shoham

As part of a development project in Shoham’s Neighborhood 21, five bridges were constructed for vehicles and pedestrians, alongside an acoustic wall designed to improve quality of life and accessibility in the area.

String Bridge, Nahariya

As part of a project for the Nahariya Municipality, a steel string pedestrian bridge was constructed connecting the railway station to Arena Mall over Highway 4.

Pumping Station P, Dead Sea

As part of a project for Israel Chemicals Ltd., embankments and engineering infrastructure were constructed for the pumping station complex at the Dead Sea.

Highway 90 – Nahal Yitav

As part of a project for Netivei Israel, stormwater culvert replacement works were carried out in the main channel of Nahal Yitav, running beneath Highway 90.

Osem Logistics Center

As part of a logistics project for Osem Food Industries, site preparation and infrastructure works were carried out for the construction of an advanced logistics storage facility.

Music Neighborhood, Sderot

In western Sderot, the Music Neighborhood is taking shape – an innovative rural-style neighborhood offering residents an exceptional quality of life, adjacent to the city’s railway station.

INK Hotel (Brenner), Tel Aviv

In the heart of Tel Aviv’s White City, a luxury boutique hotel was built for business travelers and vacationers, featuring 52 designed rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, a chef’s restaurant and curated leisure spaces.

Hazor Camp – Residential and Kitchen Facilities

As part of this project, two soldier residential buildings, an officers’ building and a new industrial kitchen were constructed at Hazor Camp, alongside comprehensive external development and infrastructure works.

Public Open Spaces – Naeot Rabin Neighborhood, Yavne (Tadhar Project)

On the eastern side of Yavne city, Naeot Rabin neighborhood is taking shape – one of the city’s largest and greenest projects, comprising approximately 1,100 residential units.

Bat Yam – Rishon LeZion Promenade Connection

Along the stunning coastline of Bat Yam, a significant project was carried out to connect the city’s promenade to the Rishon LeZion promenade, creating a new and breathtaking coastal continuum across the Dan Metropolitan Area.

City Tunnel, Givatayim

In the heart of Givatayim, a large-scale project was carried out to upgrade the City Tunnel and its surrounding streets, initiated by the Givatayim Municipality.

Tel Yavne Amphitheater

At the foot of the historic Tel Yavne, a breathtaking amphitheater was constructed, spanning approximately 15 dunams and accommodating approximately 5,800 seats.
