As part of a project commissioned by the Tel Aviv Development Fund, development, landscaping, lighting, water reservoir and irrigation infrastructure works were carried out to establish a new seafront promenade.
Works included the rehabilitation and development of the former Dolphinarium complex, transforming the public space into a leisure and marine activity zone featuring a 270-meter main promenade, playgrounds, a skate park and a unique sports park spanning approximately 3.5 dunams.
The result is a modern and inviting promenade connecting the Tel Aviv beachfront with Charles Clore Park, returning Tel Aviv’s coastline to its residents and visitors.
